SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1-3 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Standard Shipping
Shipping Method: Bluedart/Xpressbees
Delivery Timeframe: Once shipped, standard orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days for domestic shipments.
Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout.
Pre-Orders
What is a Pre-Order? Pre-ordered items are products that are not currently in stock but are available for advance purchase.
Delivery Timeframe: Due to the nature of pre-orders, these items require additional time for production and are usually delivered within 15-20 business days from the date of your order.
Important Note: If your order contains both an in-stock item and a pre-ordered item, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-ordered item is ready. If you wish to receive the in-stock item sooner, please place a separate order for it.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
You can use this number to track your package's journey through the carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, please understand that shipping delays can occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., severe weather, carrier issues, public holidays). We will do our best to communicate any significant delays to you.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your order, but in the rare case that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're here to help.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery. You must also provide a clear, uncut unboxing video that shows the packaging as you open it and the state of the item inside. Without an unboxing video, we cannot process a replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend that you choose a secure delivery location.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any products. All sales are final.
The only exceptions to this policy are if you receive an item that is broken, incorrect, or if a piece is missing from your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must report the issue within two working days of the delivery date. You must also provide a clear, uncut unboxing video that shows the original packaging and the state of the item as it is unboxed.
Without a proper unboxing video, we are unable to process any claim for a broken, incorrect, or missing item.
You can request for return or exchange within 2 days of delivery. The exchanged product will be delivered within 10 day. If your refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method within 7-14 days.
